私は小さい頃からものづくりが大好きでした。

お絵描きや図工、電気工作、レゴなどに夢中になりました。一日中夢中で何かを作って、熱を出して倒れることもありました。

新しい"遊び"を創ることが得意だったので、私の周りにはいつも多くの友達がいました。

それと同時に強い生きづらさを感じていました。大人になって気づいたことでしたが、私にはADHD※の傾向があったのです。

※ 注意欠如・多動性障害attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder

私は『ゆくゆくは一人で生きていかなければならない時が来る』と親から聞かされました。

成長するにつれて、私は早くから現実的に物事を考えるようになりました。

自分には何一つ特別なスキルがないと思いました。どうやって生きていけるのか分からず絶望しました。

周りの大人は辛そうに働いていて、大人になることに対して、とても大きな不安を感じていました。

その頃、生きづらさが極まり、サブカルチャーやゲームに傾倒しました。ある日、ある音楽と一枚のビジュアルに出会いました。その出来事により私は『自分の可能性を限定することなく、今ある現実を美しい世界に変えていける』という希望を持ちました。クリエイティブな何かに救われた原体験でした。

美大も気になっていましたが自信がなかった為、無難に一般大学に進み、企業に就職しました。しかし、ADHDの自分に不向きなマルチタスクでスピードを求められる業務環境と激務で体と心が壊れました。

退職後、『自然に心地よく生きることができる社会や自らの在り方』を探する旅が始まりました。

時に日本から飛び出して、フィールドワークも含め、様々な分野を学びました。

それは、心理学、哲学、文化人類学、原住民族の叡智、社会学、経済学、スピリチュアル、テクノロジー、科学、建築、教育、コミュニティなど多岐の分野に及びました。

また、農業、パーマカルチャー、大工、小商、コミュニティ作りなど実践し、組織に頼らずに生きられるサバイバル知識を積極的に身につけていきました。

知恵や経験を積む中で、講演会、イベント、コミュニティ作り、物作りなど、少しずつ自分なりの何かを表現することをし始めました。

誰かが喜んでくれて、生かされる経験が嬉しく思いました。感動してくれて泣いてくれる人もいました。感謝されることもありました。

今は『それぞれがそれぞれのままに在ることで、互いに輝き響き合い、人生を愉しむ上で必要ことが無理なく循環する心地よい世界』を目指しています。

そのためにも、ありのままに自らから湧き上がるものを通じて循環をつくりたいと考えています。

自身の在り方を通じて、誰かの心の奥底にある本当にその人が望む想いをインスパイアしていければ嬉しいです。

私にとって、創作活動はその表現の一つです。

生まれてから閉塞感のある世界情勢も続いており、生きる希望が無かったこともあります。

しかし、世界は不思議満ちていて、知られていないだけで面白いことも沢山あることを、表現を通じてシェアしていきたい。

それが、誰かの希望になり、その人に眠る豊かな創造性を開花させることが出来たら幸いです。

数十年が経ち、結局、小さな頃に誰かに頼まれたわけでもなく、純粋に好きでやっていたことに私は戻ってきました。究極的には何かを創ることだけにとらわれず、何かをすること（Doing）ではなく、存在(Being)自体で、人生の楽しさ示していけたらと思っています。

これで食べていけるのだろうかとか、やりたいことで生きていけるのは特別な才能があるからだとか、私も考えていた時期はあります。

私自身も特別な何かの才能があると思っていたわけではありません。

日本は特に雇われて働くことが一般的で、それ以外の生き方はまだ少数です。

それでも、自分が望む"何か"に従って生きれば、生かされていくことを、自身の在り方を通じて示していければ幸いです。

きっと"純粋な遊び心"があなたを導いてくれるはずです。

広い意味での"旅"を通じて、この世には常識や論理では捉えきれない、大きな"何か"の力が働いていると、私は日々感じています。

それは現実に起こることと自らの内側を観察する事で気づきが生まれ始めました。

大きな愛を世界へ。

I have loved building things since I was a little.

I was fascinated with drawing, arts and crafts, electrical engineering, Legos, etc. I would spend all day long building things, and sometimes I would collapse with a fever.Because I was good at creating new "play," I always had many friends around me.

At the same time, I felt a strong sense of inadequacy. As an adult, I realized that I had ADHD(Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder) tendencies.

My parents told me that eventually I would have to live on my own. As I grew up, I began to think pragmatically early on.
I didn't think I had any special skills. I despaired because I didn't know how to live with myself. The adults around me were working hard and I felt a great deal of anxiety about being an adult.

At that time, my difficulty in living became so extreme that I became devoted to subcultures and video games.

One day, I came across a piece of music and a visual. That event gave me hope that 'I can change my current reality into a beautiful world without limiting my possibilities.

It was an original experience that was saved by something creative.

I was interested in going to art school, but I was not confident enough, so I took the safe route and went on to a general university, where I found a job at a company. My body and mind were destroyed by the hard work and the work environment that required speed and multitasking, which was unsuitable for me with ADHD.

After retiring, I began my journey to find "a society where I can live comfortably and naturally" and my own way of being.
I sometimes left Japan to study various fields, including fieldwork.It encompassed fields as diverse as psychology, philosophy, cultural anthropology, aboriginal wisdom, sociology, economics, spirituality, technology, science, architecture, education, and community.

I also practiced agriculture, permaculture, carpentry, petty trading, and community building, actively acquiring survival knowledge that allowed them to live without dependence on organizations.

As I gained wisdom and experience, I gradually began to express something of my own through lectures, events, community building, and making things.
I was happy to experience that someone was happy and alive. Some people were moved to tears. Some thanked me.

I are now aiming for "a comfortable world where each person can shine and resonate with each other by being as they are, and where the things necessary for enjoying life can circulate without any difficulty.

To achieve this, I want to create a cycle through what comes from ourselves, just as we are.

Through my own way of being, I would be happy if I could inspire the thoughts and feelings that are deep within someone's heart and truly desired by that person.

For me, creative activities are one of the ways to express myself.

Since my birth, the world has been in a state of stagnation, and there were times when I had no hope for life.

However, I want to share through my expression that the world is full of wonders and that there are many interesting things that are just unknown to us.

I would be happy if this could be a source of hope for someone, and if it could help them to blossom the abundant creativity that lies dormant in them.

Decades have passed, and in the end, I have returned to what I did when I was a small child, not because anyone asked me to, but because I genuinely liked it.

Ultimately, I hope to show the joy of life not only by creating something, but also by being (Being) itself, not by doing (Doing).

There was a time when I too wondered if I could make a living at this, or if I had a special talent to be able to live off of what I wanted to do.
I myself did not think I had a special talent for anything.
In Japan in particular, it is common to work for hire, and there are still only a few people who live in other ways.

Even so, I hope to show through my own way of being that if you live according to "something" you desire, you will be kept alive.

I am sure that "pure playfulness" will guide you.

Through my "journey" in the broad sense of the word, I feel every day that there is a great "something" at work in this world that cannot be captured by common sense or logic.
I have begun to realize this by observing what actually happens in reality and within myself.
